resume-helper provides a free, easy-to-use resume-building tool. Users can create resumes online and download them as PDFs. We do not store your data unless explicitly requested.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you provide.
• Do not use the service for any unlawful activities.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, and branding on resume-helper are owned by us. You may not copy, distribute, or use any materials without permission.

5. Privacy

We respect your privacy and do not store your data unless explicitly requested. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

Even if you do request that we store your data, we will not sell your data.

6. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to resume-helper, including user accounts, at our discretion, with or without prior notice, including where we believe this is necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, technical protection of the service, or other operational reasons.

If we terminate your account, we will generally allow a limited period of up to 30 days for you to request access to or export of the data stored in that account, where technically feasible and legally permitted. After that period, we may permanently delete the account and its stored data from our active systems, subject to applicable legal retention requirements and ordinary backup or deletion cycles.
